EU e-invoicing: the VAT in the Digital Age (ViDA) package was adopted on 11 March 2025 and lets member states mandate domestic e-invoicing; intra-EU digital reporting starts on 1 July 2030. Belgium’s B2B Peppol mandate is live since 1 January 2026, France started on 1 September 2026, and Germany completes its rollout on 1 January 2028.
